The same way you learn a spoken language, you also learn the language of emotion, behaviour, and movement. Words are only part of how we communicate. We express ourselves through our breath, our posture, our facial expressions, and the way we move. Long before we understand something with our minds, our bodies have often already noticed.
That's why we sometimes know when something feels off. Or why someone's words don't match what we feel in their presence.
I don't believe the body is against us when it hurts. I believe pain is trying to protect something.
So the question becomes... What is it trying to tell us?
And more importantly... Can we learn to listen?
