Pranacore didn’t start because I wanted another movement method.
It started because I was searching for answers in my own body.
Years of yoga gave me strength, discipline, and a deep love for movement. It also gave me questions. I had injuries. I saw students with injuries. Good people doing everything “right” and still feeling stuck, limited, or disconnected from their bodies.
I couldn’t stop asking why.
That question led me to osteopathy, coaching, nature, and thousands of hours working with people from all over the world. Slowly, I stopped seeing the body as broken. I started seeing it as intelligent, protective, and always adapting.
Pranacore grew from that shift.
It brings together movement, osteopathy, mindset, breath, and real life into one practical method to help you understand your body, build resilience, and create a body you love living in.
