Pranacore didn’t start because I wanted another movement method.
It started because I was searching for answers in my own body.
Years of yoga gave me strength, discipline, and a deep love for movement. It also gave me questions. I had injuries. I saw students with injuries. Good people doing everything “right” and still feeling stuck, limited, or disconnected from their bodies.

I couldn’t stop asking why.

That question led me to osteopathy, coaching, nature, and thousands of hours working with people from all over the world. Slowly, I stopped seeing the body as broken. I started seeing it as intelligent, protective, and always adapting.

Pranacore grew from that shift.

It brings together movement, osteopathy, mindset, breath, and real life into one practical method to help you understand your body, build resilience, and create a body you love living in.

From injury to Pranacore
  • CURIOSITY
    Movement became my first teacher.

    What began with Bikram Yoga became twenty years+ of studying, teaching, traveling, and learning from bodies around the world.
    Every teacher, every client, every injury added another piece to the puzzle.

    I didn't know it then, but I wasn't collecting certifications. I was collecting questions.
  • INJURY
    My own body became the next teacher.

    Two serious hip injuries changed the direction of my life. I looked at movement. I had to stop performing movement and understand it.

    That was the beginning of a much deeper question:

    What is the body trying to protect?
  • MEXICO
    Coming to Mexico changed more than my address. It changed my relationship with movement.

    The ocean became my teacher. I learned Spanish. I got to surf, dive, freedive, and discover a completely different way of moving through life.
    Without realizing it, I was unbecoming the version of myself I believed I had to be.

    Maybe healing isn't becoming someone new. It maybe is remembering who you were before you started adapting just to survive.
  • PERSPECTIVE
    Osteopathy changed the questions I asked.
    Instead of asking,"How do we fix this?", I started asking,"What has your body been practicing?"

    Pain and stress stopped looking like problems.
    They became clues. Movement patterns became stories of adaptation. Breath became one of the simplest ways to interrupt old patterns and create new ones.

    The body wasn't something to fight with.
    It was something to understand.
  • INTEGRATION
    Pranacore wasn’t created in a weekend. It grew through yoga rooms, treatment rooms, wilderness lodges, retreats, coaching sessions, ocean time, injuries, recoveries, and thousands of conversations with thousands of people.

    Every person taught me something.

    Everything had to become practical.

    Everything had to work in real life.

    Today, Pranacore is the work I wish existed when I was looking for answers.

    It is for people who want to feel strong, capable, curious, and at home in their bodies again.
